About Iron Age Mom Bod
Fitness should function in your life—not require your entire life to revolve around fitness.
Iron Age Mom Bod, where personal training and holistic nutrition come together to help women build stronger, healthier, more functional bodies while creating habits they can actually maintain.
With 25+ years of experience in fitness and nutrition, I take a whole-person approach to coaching. My work goes beyond workouts and calorie targets. I look at the bigger picture—nutrition, strength, movement, recovery, lifestyle, habits, goals, and the realities of your everyday life—and bring those pieces together into a plan that makes sense for you.
Nutrition That Works in Real Life
My nutrition coaching is rooted in clinical nutrition, evidence-based practice, and real-world application.
I work with clients to understand how nutrition can support their individual health, performance, body composition, energy, and quality of life. Rather than handing you a rigid meal plan and expecting your life to fit around it, I help you develop nutrition strategies that functionally fit your life.
That may include individualized nutrition coaching, customized macros, meal planning, habit development, or a deeper look at the nutritional factors affecting your health and performance.
Recomposition Over Obsession
While fat loss may be a goal, the scale isn’t the sole measure of success.
My focus is often on body recomposition, strength, functionality, and overall health—building and preserving muscle while improving body composition and creating a body that is capable of doing the things you want it to do.
We aren’t just chasing a smaller body.
We’re building a stronger, more capable one.
25+ Years of Experience. 14,000+ Pounds Lost.
Over more than two decades of coaching, I have helped my clients lose more than 14,000 pounds collectively.
But the number on the scale is only part of the story.
Behind those pounds are women who became stronger, learned how to nourish themselves, gained confidence, improved their relationship with food and exercise, discovered what their bodies were capable of, and learned how to maintain healthier habits in the context of their actual lives.
That is the transformation I care about.
Coaching That Meets You Where You Are
I work with clients online and in my private training studio in Longmont, Colorado.
Whether you’re looking for individualized personal training, nutrition coaching, body recomposition, improved strength and functionality, or a comprehensive approach that brings all of those pieces together, Iron Age Mom Bod is designed to meet you where you are and help you build from there.
No cookie-cutter programs. No punishment workouts. No pretending that real life doesn’t exist.
Just smart training, practical nutrition, sustainable habits, and a strategy designed around the person you’re becoming.
Mission
Empowering Healthy Lifestyles
Iron Age Mom Bod exists to help women build stronger bodies, healthier habits, and a better quality of life—without sacrificing the life they’re working so hard to enjoy.
With 25 years of experience in fitness and nutrition, we combine personal training, holistic nutrition, and evidence-based science with a practical understanding of real life.
Our approach bridges the gap between what works scientifically and what works sustainably—marrying proven habits and nutrition principles with the demands, responsibilities, seasons, and imperfections of everyday life.
We believe fitness should make your life better, not become your life.
That means building strength and functionality, nourishing your body, developing habits that actually fit your lifestyle, and creating a relationship with food and movement that supports you for the long haul.
Strong enough for life. Healthy enough to enjoy it. Sustainable enough to keep doing it.
That’s the Iron Age Mom Bod.

My
Story
Get to Know Casey
I’m a nutrition professional, personal trainer, and lifelong student of the human body with more than 25 years of experience helping people become stronger, healthier, and more capable.
But I didn’t build Iron Age Mom Bod because I believe everyone needs to spend more time in the gym.
I built it because I’ve spent decades watching what happens when good science meets real life—busy women, families, careers, stress, changing bodies, injuries, hormones, imperfect schedules, restaurant dinners, vacations, and all the things that make a rigid fitness plan impossible to sustain.
I believe the best program isn’t the one that looks perfect on paper.
It’s the one that still works when life gets messy.
My approach combines personal training, clinical and holistic nutrition, body recomposition, and functional health to create strategies that work together instead of treating your body like a collection of separate problems.
The goal isn’t simply to lose weight.
It’s to understand your body, fuel it well, build strength, move with confidence, and create habits that still make sense five years from now.
Over the course of my career, I’ve helped my clients lose more than 14,000 pounds collectively. But the most meaningful transformations aren’t measured exclusively in pounds.
They’re measured in strength gained, confidence restored, chronic dieting abandoned, physical limitations overcome, healthier relationships with food developed, and women realizing that their bodies are capable of far more than they thought.
Build a body that lets you live more—not one that makes you live less.
Get stronger. Eat well. Move better. Live your life.
That’s the point.
